Mission Statement
Our business is a Woman Black Own Business servicing a community with the largest sufferers of hair trauma in the nation, we will put into action a solution that will support the restoration of black business owners, poverty, and crime, addressing recidivism in the communities by providing job opportunities.
We seek to help and focus on the black community traumas by advocating a corrective treatment for the hair, skin, and common respiratory trauma before and after covid 19 called ARx Hair and Body Serum. We have very little representation of black-owned products in retail stores and having a product coming from a diverse corporation will inspire people from that ethnic group to come in and support businesses.
Our mission is to create jobs in urban areas in Detroit where we lead the nation in unemployment. When the unemployment rate goes down, the crime rate drops, keeping African-American families together and the men of the families at home.
We plan to help underserved communities restore confidence and hope in our neighbors by starting businesses.
We extend gratitude to loyal customers and supporters as we continue to align our purpose to help people and communities one by one. We promise to provide the best service and the highest quality of oils.

I’m a retired Cosmetologist and Coach who has specialized in Corrective Hair Treatments for over 30 years. I was born a preemie with underdeveloped lungs so I tend to have higher sensitivity to certain things.
I started my first business at the age of 10 curling hair for my neighbors and as a babysitter for a family where both parents had to work.
Throughout the years I had several retail businesses that satisfied my passion for sales and retail. In 1974, I retailed Shaklee and Tupperware Products. In 1980, I designed and retailed clothing and jewelry. I also started volunteering my time in 1994 at the National Kidney Foundation Healthy Hair Campaign, St Joseph Senior Citizens Communities Hair Salon, Red Cross Disaster Relief, Food Programs during COVID-19, and Volunteer Work in my Community. In 2020, I started designing and retailing hats for cancer patients and jewelry in my salon, boutiques, and private sales.
That’s why ARx was birth, it helped me recover from hair damage during COVID-19, dermographism, and respiratory trauma that had impacted my life for years. ARx Products seeks to help other individuals who are suffering from trauma relating to hair damage, skin breakouts, and respiratory flares with a holistic approach to aid in solving traumas faced before and after the pandemic
